Cell Site Analysis

A recent case that EOF was asked to investigate related to a case that the defendant had been accused of harassment and a violent assault on an ex-girlfriend.

Throughout his questioning by the Police, he proclaimed his innocence but couldn't provide evidence of his whereabouts on the evening of the alleged assault. The defendant's solicitors asked EOF to assist in providing exculpatory evidence from both the Call Detail Records provided by the defendant's mobile operator and our own Cell Site Analysis. We were able to establish that the defendant was over fifty miles away from the alleged scene of the crime. All charges were dropped against the defendant.
