A small specialised software company was faced with the resignation of one of their most important developers. Knowing the value of their product and the potential for the competition to gain from the loss of this employee, EOF were asked to design a leaver's strategy to secure proprietary data, protecting both the Company and leaving the employee safe from any potential allegations.
